As blue mentioned last night in his post, I'm currently playing through RE4 for the first time.
So far so amazing.
Clearly one of the greatest games ever made.
Hope to beat it tonight, with subsequent review up by the weekend.
Stop reading this and go play it if you havent.

The Road to Greatness..
Pleasant evening of gaming fun.
Tonight Red played Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition for 6 hours. Game looks awesome and he said the controls were tight, so look for an extensive review of that gem.
I myself played several PSone games: Tail of the Sun, Metal Slug X, Herc's Adventures, and Wild 9. The Tail of the Sun review will be up in no time if you care to understand what you're missing out on. Metal Slug X is ridiculously difficult as always, I beat it in 44 continues, the goal is 0, so I got some work to do. Wild 9 is a side-scroller as well, a little more in depth, but difficult. Herc's Adventures was a little weak I thought (Red disagrees) but I didn't give it too much play time, it is sort of like Zombies Ate my Neighbors, but not as fun.

Super Mario Galaxy, Mass Effect, FFXII: Rev Wings
Started playing these three the past couple of days and they are all pretty awesome.
Just a taste before I put the more extensive reviews up:
Galaxy is fun, easy to beat, and I love the sounds and the music. I'm 40 stars in right now, if you loved Super Mario 64, you'll love this one.
Mass Effect: Looks great, but the lip synchronization is about as good as a badly dubbed martial arts movie; the environments are bland; character custimization is limited, nothing like skate or Tiger Woods or anything: but besides bland environments the other things don't mean much. I like the game, not in love with it yet, reminds me a lot of KOTOR walking around the Citadel. And the idea behind the Geth race is sweet.
FFXII: Revenant Wings: The cut scenes look amazing and the music is good. I didn't play FFXII sadly so I can't say anything relating it to that. The battle is real-time with the gambit system from XII (I've read up a bit). It's a good fit for the DS because you can play it for a few minutes and then come back to it later.
That's it for the big games, check out the site for reviews and updates.

Ladies and gentlemen; FEAR US.
Welcome to the official Dark Colossi Blog!
I'll be posting here quite often with assorted updates on the games the Dark Colossi are currently playing, including their up to the minute thoughts and opinions.
This will also be the home to other assorted tidbits from us; including links to soundtracks, art, music, videos, etc.
Any and everything basically.
That being said, let's start this one off with a bang.
Here's the complete Halo 3 soundtrack.
Something to listen to while checking out the actual darkcolossi.com.
And here's an interesting videogame related video..
I'll let it speak for itself.
